Your file is never saved

When you upload a resume, it's written to a temporary file just long enough to extract the text and run the analysis. That file is deleted from the server immediately after your report is generated — whether the analysis succeeds or fails.

Your resume file itself is never stored

There's no database of uploaded resumes — the PDF you upload is deleted right after analysis, as described above. If you have an account, we do store your score history (score and date, not the resume file) so you can track progress over time in Premium. You can request deletion of your account and history at any time.

What does get sent to AI services

If AI coaching is enabled when you analyze a resume, the extracted text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions, a summary, and bullet rewrites. That text is used to generate your response and isn't stored by this app afterward. Google's own handling of API requests is governed by their terms, separate from ours.
